25I-NBOMe
Category:General Info
25I-NBOMe (NBOMe-2C-I, BOM-CI or N-(2-methoxybenzyl)-1-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenyl)-2-aminoethane) is a derivative of the phenethylamine hallucinogen 2C-I, discovered in 2004 by Ralf Heim at the Free University of Berlin, and subsequently investigated in more detail by a team at Purdue University led by David Nichols. It acts as a potent agonist for the 5HT2A receptor with a Ki of 0.044nM at the human 5HT2A receptor, making it some sixteen times the potency of 2C-I itself.

Structure:

Benzylpiperazine
Category:General Info
Benzylpiperazine (BZP) is a recreational drug with euphoric, stimulant properties. Its dopamine and serotonin agonist mechanism of action is believed to be similar to MDMA and the effects produced by BZP are comparable to those produced by amphetamine.

Structure:

Bromo-DragonFLY
Category:General Info
Bromo-DragonFLY, also known as ABDF, or "Placid" is a psychedelic hallucinogenic drug related to the phenethylamine family.

Structure:

Butylone
Category:General Info
Butylone is an entactogen, psychedelic, and stimulant of the phenethylamine chemical class. It is the β-keto analogue of MBDB.

Structure:

Desoxypipradrol
Category:General Info
Desoxypipradrol, also known as 2-diphenylmethylpiperidine (2-DPMP), is psychoactive drug and research chemical of the piperidine chemical class which acts as a long-lasting stimulant via functioning as a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI).

Structure:

Geranamine
Category:General Info
Geranamine or Methylhexaneamine is a psychoactive drug and simple aliphatic amine used as a nasal decongestant, putatively via acting as a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) and/or norepinephrine releasing agent (NRA), as well as treatment for hypertrophied or hyperplasic oral tissues, and as an active ingredient in party pills in New Zealand. Once trademarked under Forthane by Eli Lilly in 1971, the trademark has since expired, and so methylhexaneamine should not be confused with isoflurane, whose proprietary name in Australia is also Forthane. It is a vasoconstrictor, and can be administered by inhalation to the nasal mucosa to exert its effect. The trademark Geranamine is currently owned by Proviant Technologies. Methylhexaneamine is also a constituent of flower oil, sold as an integral component of nutritional supplements.

JWH-018
Category:General Info
JWH-018 is an [cat=analgesic]analgesic[/cat] chemical from the aminoalkylindole family, which acts as a cannabinoid agonist at both the CB1 and CB2 receptors, with some selectivity for CB2. It produces effects in animals very similar to those of [drug=Tetrahydrocannabinol[/drug]THC[/drug] itself, but with a longer duration of action, and is currently being researched as a potential analgesic to be administered by transdermal patch.

Structure:

MDPV
Category:General Info
Methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV) is a psychoactive drug with stimulant and aphrodisiac properties which acts as a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI), reportedly with four times the potency of methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta). MDPV has no history of FDA approved medical use but has been sold since around 2007 as a designer drug.

Structure:

Methylmethaqualone
Category:General Info
Methylmethaqualone (MMQ) is an analogue of methaqualone which has similar sedative and hypnotic properties to its parent compound, and is around the same potency. Methylmethaqualone differs from methaqualone by 4-methylation on the phenyl ring. It was made illegal in Germany in 1999 and listed by the DEA as a "drug of forensic interest" at about the same time, but little other information is available, it would appear that this compound was sold on the black market in Germany as a designer drug analogue of methaqualone.

Structure:

Methylone
Category:General Info
Methylone is a psychedelic/empathogen drug belonging to the amphetamine family.
(Edit)
Structure:

Premazepam
Category:General Info
Premazepam is a benzodiazepine derivative. It is a partial agonist of benzodiazepine receptors and has been shown to possess both anxiolytic and sedative properties in human subjects.

Structure:

TFMPP
Category:General Info
3-Trifluoromethylphenylpiperazine (or simply TFMPP) is a piperazine-based drug. It is not used medicinally, but has been sold as a recreational drug used as a "legal alternative" to illicit drugs such as LSD and MDMA.
(Edit)
Structure:

THC-O-acetate
Category:General Info
THC acetate ester is a derivative of THC which has been found by the DEA as an apparent controlled substance analogue of THC. It was apparently made by extracting and purifying THC from cannabis plant material using a soxhlet extractor, followed by reaction with acetic anhydride in an analogous manner to how heroin is made from morphine. A similar case was reported in June 1995 in the UK and THC-O-acetate was ruled to be a Class A drug.
